Overview The Vice President, Global Media Client Operations provides senior level operational leadership across disciplines, regions, and markets to enable a connected, scalable global operating model. This role is accountable for driving disciplined execution of global initiatives through integrated project management, prioritization, and resource planning, while strengthening connectivity across the global network. The Vice President ensures clarity of roles, decision rights, dependencies, and escalation paths to support consistent delivery, operational excellence, and adoption across markets. As a senior operational leader, this role partners closely with Global, Regional, and Local leadership to align strategy to execution and balance global standards with local needs. Responsibilities Global Operational Leadership Serve as the primary operational escalation point for cross‑market and cross‑discipline issues impacting delivery or execution Provide senior operational leadership to enable disciplined execution Disciplined Execution & Initiative Management Enable disciplined operations through integrated project management, prioritization, and resource planning across global, regional, and local teams Oversee execution of global initiatives by tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones across disciplines and markets Partner with leadership to ensure initiatives are appropriately delivered in line with approved priorities Network Connectivity & Communications Drive connectivity across disciplines and strengthen global market connectivity through regular communications, operating forums, and structured connection points Act as a senior connector between global strategy, regional leadership, and local execution teams Ensure local market needs, insights, and feedback are surfaced and addressed within the global operating framework Performance & Continuous Improvement Identify systemic risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and collaboration Evolve operational frameworks, tools, and reporting to support continuous improvement and changing business needs Qualifications Must have 10+ years of experience in global operations, operating model design, or enterprise program leadership within a complex, matrixed organization (agency, consultancy, or equivalent) Strong understanding of automated workflow systems and project management tools Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues Solid communication skills, able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience Must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to quality-check their teams’ work to ensure data anomalies and mistakes are caught prior to delivery to the client teams The role requires strong management capabilities, operational as well as strategic, to ensure that guidance is given to all teams on enhancing the product as the account matures Hands-on problem-solving abilities and a “can do” approach (someone who is a both a thinker and a doer) Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
