Job Description
Position Title: Vice President, Global Marketing Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / CEO / President Position Summary The Vice President, Global Marketing is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide marketing strategy, brand development, and market expansion initiatives. This role drives global brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs across regions, channels, and customer segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives Lead worldwide brand positioning, messaging, and market presence initiatives Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and traditional channels Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across international markets Collaborate with sales, product, and regional leadership teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to optimize marketing effectiveness Manage global marketing budgets, performance metrics, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis Ensure consistency of brand standards and communications across all regions and business units Build and lead high-performing global marketing teams and external agency relationships Represent the company at industry events, media engagements, and strategic partner activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including global or multi-regional responsibilities Proven success in driving brand growth, market expansion, and revenue generation Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, and customer strategy Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience Experience in Technology, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, and Financial Services Background in multinational or high-growth organizations Experience managing international marketing teams and agency networks Familiarity with CRM, MarTech, analytics, and marketing automation platforms Leadership Competencies Strategic and customer-focused mindset Strong commercial and analytical capabilities Innovative thinking with a data-driven approach Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams effectively
