Position Overview The Vice President of Global Marketing is responsible for the company’s global marketing strategy, brand promotion, and international market expansion. Focusing on brand building, user acquisition, regional market development, and the establishment of a global marketing infrastructure, this executive drives the company’s internationalization and global business growth. This role serves as a pivotal executive link connecting Marketing, Sales, Product, and Regional Operations, with a primary focus on enhancing the company’s global brand influence, market share, and commercial growth capabilities. II. Core Responsibilities Global Market Strategy Formulation Develop the company's global marketing strategy and annual growth plans. Establish a global brand positioning framework and market promotion system. Drive the alignment and execution of market objectives with the company's internationalization strategy. Global Brand Building & Promotion Oversee global brand communications, public relations, and marketing campaigns. Enhance brand awareness, industry influence, and user perception. Manage global advertising placement, media relations, and brand assets. International Market Expansion & Regional Growth Formulate market entry and growth strategies for specific regions. Support business expansion in regional markets such as North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Drive the synergy between regional marketing localization and global strategy alignment. User Growth & Digital Marketing Establish a global digital marketing and user growth framework. Drive initiatives in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media operations. Optimize user acquisition, conversion rates, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Product Marketing & GTM Strategy Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches. Coordinate Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product commercialization. Support the promotion of new products, new business lines, and innovation projects. Data Analysis & Market Insights Analyze global market trends, competitive dynamics, and user needs. Establish a marketing data analytics and ROI evaluation system. Provide market and growth-related decision support to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Execution Coordinate efforts across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Regional teams. Drive the execution of key global client initiatives and strategic projects. Enhance cross-regional collaboration and organizational execution efficiency. Team Building & Organizational Development Manage the global Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams. Build an international talent framework and performance management system for marketing. Job Requirements Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field). MBA preferred. 20+ years of experience in marketing or global market management. 5+ years of experience in managing international teams.
