LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President II, Strategy & • Operations to support and drive transformation initiatives across our Strategy & Growth, Wealth Management and Client Success (collectively, the “Sales & Growth”) functions. This individual will partner closely with the Sales & Growth Transformation Domain Lead and senior leaders to translate strategy into executable plans and drive alignment and delivery across a sequenced portfolio of initiatives that advance organic growth, client experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Transformation Vision and Strategy: Partner with the Domain Lead and senior leaders across the Sales & Growth functions to support the development and refinement of the transformation vision and strategy, identifying cross-functional opportunities to standardize, scale and drive impact Roadmap, Planning and Measurement: Support the development of business cases, KPIs and value realization plans for key initiatives; help ensure alignment to enterprise priorities, inform sequencing decisions and surface dependencies and risks Transformation Portfolio Execution: Partner with Program Delivery to support execution across the Sales & Growth transformation portfolio, including AI-enabled advisor growth tools, scaled success management and advice delivery models, business transitions efficiency, process simplification for high-impact client journeys, etc. Executive Governance and Reporting: Partner with Program Delivery to ensure disciplined operating routines and portfolio transparency; produce clear narratives, insights and recommendations to support executive-level updates and decision-making Matrix Leadership: Operate effectively within a matrixed environment with Program Delivery and Change Management & Adoption teams, ensuring alignment across strategy, delivery and activation Resourcing and Support Strategy: Help assess and recommend appropriate support models (domain-owned, program-supported or centralized resources) based on business needs and value at stake Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior Sales & Growth leaders and cross-functional partners; influence priorities and trade-offs, align investment to value and help ensure the transformation enables business objectives and broader enterprise outcomes Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and respond to the evolving needs of the organization; refine Sales & Growth Transformation strategy and operating model over time, incorporating learnings and cross-domain best practices What are we looking for? Requirements: 10+ years in wealth management with experience in strategy/transformation or commercial/operational roles delivering measurable business outcomes Experience in one or more of the following areas: Advisor-facing experience and business fluency (e.g., practice management, success enablement, field leadership) with the ability to translate advisor needs and behaviors into transformation opportunities Product/technology expertise (e.g., digital tool build, platform modernization) with a proven ability to translate capability delivery into real business outcomes Demonstrated excellence in business casing, sequencing and KPI design; adept at converting strategy into a sequenced, resourced plan Executive communication and influence skills; able to synthesize complexity, shape decisions and drive alignment across senior stakeholders Preferences: Experience deploying AI/automation solutions in revenue-facing and operational workflows with measurable impact on growth and cost-to-serve Background in advisor adoption, practice management, transitions/onboarding and/or sales enablement Prior consulting experience or hands-on portfolio/program leadership
