The successful candidate will be responsible for the full deal cycle, including deal origination, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' of relevant investment experience, a proven track record in leading investment deals, and a strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis. The VP of Investment will work closely with a fast-paced team, playing a central role in shaping deal strategy, driving execution, and enhancing long-term value creation across the investment portfolio. Key responsibilities for the VP of Investment include proactively sourcing and qualifying investment opportunities, leading detailed financial analysis, managing due diligence processes, and negotiating deal terms. The role also involves serving as the primary deal lead, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and engaging in portfolio and relationship management.
