Vice President, IT Support About the Company Accomplished financial advisory firm Industry Investment Banking Type Privately Held, Private Equity-backed About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for IT Support to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily IT user support operations, serving as a technical escalation point for the on-site MSP team, and driving continuous improvement in user experience, ticket resolution, and communication with business stakeholders. This role also involves liaising and collaborating with the global IT team on various projects, including desktop modernization and Intune rollout, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiency opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of IT experience, with a strong background in financial services. The role requires experience in supervising or leading a large team, supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft environments, and a preference for those with Intune/MDM experience. Additionally, candidates should have experience with LAN/WiFi, printer setups, and VPN troubleshooting, and PowerShell or scripting skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving IT support excellence.
