The Challenge Reporting to the APAC President, the Asia MD will own and drive the Enterprise Customer Experience Orchestration and Creativity & Productivity businesses across Greater China, South East Asia, and Korea. This executive is responsible for all sales, strategy, and operations for the region, including planning, staffing, and budgeting for a significant organization. The MD will set vision, develop and implement strategic plans aligned with corporate strategy, building a robust go‑to‑market plan to consistently deliver on revenue goals, maximize and develop new customer relationships, and further increase Adobe’s footprint across the region. This leader will have established relationships across one or more of these countries and the proven ability to grow an existing business, as well as identify new market opportunities. The Asia MD will lead through a team of senior leaders, including Directors and Senior Directors across sales, presales, and partners. The MD will also provide extended matrix leadership to leaders of specialised focus areas such as BDRs, Marketing, Services, Finance, Ops etc. This leader will be well‑versed in navigating within a matrixed environment, with the leader working across a matrixed ecosystem, which includes marketing, employee experience, finance and operations. Finally, the MD will also provide cultural leadership for OneAdobe for responsible sites, ensuring a productive and engaged workforce, and a high‑performing culture. What You’ll Do Build an operational and strategic plan and deliver on this plan with flawless execution. Quickly engage global key stakeholders to ensure alignment around the vision and plan. Ensure your team consistently achieves revenue and strategic goals, quarterly and annually. Lead by example to drive the number. Serve as the single point of contact for senior executives, customers, and partners across Greater China, SEA, and Korea. Own the overall welfare and wellbeing of Adobe within Asia in partnership with Employee Experience, Legal, Operations, Finance and other functional groups to ensure that their expertise is maximized to achieve corporate goals. Demonstrate and foster partnering across all functions, business units, and geographies. Represent Adobe to the external business, partners, alliances and government communities in the pursuit of building market awareness, relationships and increased revenue streams. Ensure that business is transacted in accordance with Adobe's code of business ethics, revenue recognition policy and discount approval levels. What You Need to Succeed A track record of success and passion for building a vision and plan that drives near and long‑term revenue goals, backed by operational excellence. Proven ability to lead teams through influence and business ownership, focusing on driving outcomes rather than relying on direct reporting lines or team size. Established executive‑level relationships with key customers across a broad portfolio of industries in Greater China, SEA, and Korea. Deep experience in both consumer and enterprise software and services sales. Experience driving an existing business while building and scaling new markets. Proven success in leading a high‑performing and highly engaged workforce; a leader by example. Well‑versed in navigating within a matrixed environment, working across marketing, employee experience, finance, and operations.
