Job Summary The Vice President of Marketing will help drive Revere Capital's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives across the firm's Small Balance Commercial (SBC) lending strategy. This individual will define how Revere shows up in the market and drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, partner engagement, and corporate communications to support borrower acquisition, investor engagement, and brand expansion. This is a high-visibility role with significant autonomy; the right candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, origination, operations, and business development to align marketing with revenue goals and long-term strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for borrower acquisition and investor engagement, with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue. Help drive digital strategy across website, paid media, SEO, email, and social, ensuring each channel reinforces brand positioning and drives measurable conversion. Direct content development, including thought leadership, case studies, deal announcements, sales collateral, and investor-facing materials, partnering with subject matter experts across the firm. Track competitive positioning, market trends, and audience behavior to inform strategy and continuously refine messaging. Partner with SBC to align marketing initiatives with deal flow, fundraising priorities, and firm-wide objectives. Build and maintain the marketing infrastructure to support growth, including CRM and marketing automation workflows, attribution tracking, and performance reporting. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, or credit risk at a bridge lender, debt fund, or institutional real estate firm. Deep familiarity with multifamily properties and transitional CRE lending Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage borrower relationships with directness and professionalism. High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
