The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational oversight of all masonry projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals. This role involves monitoring contract compliance, project status, and quality control, as well as leading preconstruction evaluations, negotiating client agreements, and making high-level go/no-go decisions. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing and enforcing operational policies, driving long-term strategic planning, and overseeing staffing and professional development within the division.
