This key role involves providing financial guidance and strategic input to the overall management of the company, overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and offering financial analysis and guidance on business drivers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a strong understanding of GAAP, and experience in the construction industry is highly preferred. Responsibilities for the Vice President of Accounting and Finance at the company include directing financial strategy, planning, and forecasts, as well as studying and reporting on trends and opportunities for growth. The role also requires the development and implementation of financial procedures, maintaining relationships with senior management and external partners, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
