Vice President of Accounting, Family Office About the Company Accomplished real estate investment & development firm Industry Real Estate Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting for its Family Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly consolidated financial statements, with a focus on commercial real estate investments and operations. This role also involves the timely production of property-level financial statements and assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, including analysis of past performance and future projections. The VP of Accounting will be expected to review and assess quarterly budget to actual variances, and prepare detailed analyses of the company's financial results. Additionally, the role includes assisting the third-party tax accounting firm in optimizing the company's tax position and participating in the preparation of business plans and other key initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company's Family Office should have a strong background in real estate financial management. The role requires expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
