The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the aviation construction strategy, project execution, and operational growth across multiple airport programs. This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact, industry-leading aviation work, including complex airside and landside infrastructure projects that directly support airport operations. The Vice President will be at the forefront of executive-level leadership, shaping the company's presence in the aviation sector and ensuring a strong safety and quality culture is maintained. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in construction, with a focus on aviation infrastructure, heavy civil, or industrial construction, and at least 7 years' in a senior leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in delivering airport infrastructure projects, particularly those involving exterior and underground systems. Experience in managing projects within active airport environments, with a keen understanding of safety, regulatory, and operational requirements, is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to oversee project operations, and a background in building relationships with various stakeholders in the aviation industry.
