This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of aviation construction, including experience in airport runways, lighting systems, and airfield electrical and navigational aids. The Vice President will be responsible for influencing and expanding the company's aviation-related offerings, as well as leading a team, defining strategy, and driving innovation in this complex and demanding sector. Candidates for the Vice President of Aviation position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree or advanced management training being a plus. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in infrastructure and aviation construction is essential, along with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
