Work Location Hybrid Work Type Full-time / Hybrid Responsibilities Responsible for formulating and managing the execution of the company's overall brand operations strategy; Establish and optimize the brand communication framework to enhance market awareness and influence; Coordinate cross-departmental resources to drive synergistic development across brand, product, and business functions; Oversee and evaluate the overall effectiveness of marketing promotions and brand campaigns; Analyze industry trends and the competitive landscape to formulate long-term brand development strategies; Manage the brand operations team and drive the enhancement of organizational capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; At least 20 years of professional experience in brand operations, marketing management, or a related industry; Proven expertise in brand strategy planning and execution; Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership skills; Familiarity with international brand operations models and global market environments; Proficiency in English communication. Bonus Points Experience in the FinTech or digital assets industry; Experience in international brand management or cross-border business operations; Management experience within a large-scale enterprise or corporate group; Familiarity with digital brand marketing tools and methodologies.
