Job Description
Position Title Vice President of Business Performance Management Position Summary The Vice President of Business Performance Management is responsible for leading enterprise-wide performance management strategies that drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic execution. This role focuses on establishing performance frameworks, monitoring key business metrics, and delivering actionable insights that support executive decision-making and long-term organizational growth. The position plays a critical role in aligning business operations with corporate objectives through data-driven management practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the organization’s business performance management strategy Establish enterprise-wide KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor operational and financial performance Partner with finance, operations, strategy, and executive leadership teams to align performance goals with corporate objectives Analyze business performance trends, operational metrics, and financial data to identify opportunities and risks Oversee forecasting, budgeting support, and performance evaluation initiatives Drive continuous improvement programs focused on productivity, efficiency, and profitability optimization Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting systems for leadership visibility Support strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives through performance analytics Ensure data governance, reporting consistency, and operational transparency across departments Build and lead a high-performing business performance and analytics team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in business performance management, corporate strategy, finance, operations, or analytics leadership Strong expertise in KPI management, business intelligence, and operational performance optimization Experience with enterprise reporting systems, BI tools, and data analytics platforms Proven ability to translate business data into strategic recommendations and measurable outcomes Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Core Competencies Business Performance Management KPI and Reporting Frameworks Strategic Planning and Execution Operational and Financial Analysis Business Intelligence and Analytics Executive Leadership and Communication Work Environment Corporate or hybrid executive work environment High collaboration with executive leadership, finance, operations, and strategy teams
