The agency is looking for a visionary strategist to serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on elevating client partnerships to consultative status while driving long-term profitability and growth. Position Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight for the agency’s existing client portfolio, ensuring retention and organic revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Strategy and Success Supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence. Serve as a senior strategic advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, maintaining a deep understanding of their business drivers and category dynamics. Oversee financial stewardship by managing fee income forecasting, pricing strategies, and departmental staffing ratios. Drive the annual marketing planning process in partnership with clients to deliver measurable business success. Champion cross-functional integration across creative, media, and technology departments to ensure seamless execution. Partner with senior leadership to define long-term roadmaps for client success and agency performance standards. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred. 15+ years of progressive agency experience, with significant time spent in senior leadership roles. Demonstrated success in managing client growth, retention, and agency profitability. Strong mastery of agency financial models, pricing strategies, and resource management. Exceptional ability to lead complex, integrated teams and influence stakeholders at the executive level. Compensation: $135,000 - $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), 20% bonus program, comprehensive health, dental, & vision, 401k with company match, 3 weeks PTO, and much more!
