Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Vice President of Customer Success (VP of Customer Success) to lead and enhance the client experience across the firm. This role is responsible for overseeing client engagement strategies, improving client satisfaction and retention, and ensuring a high standard of communication and service across all client-facing functions. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, experience managing high-value client relationships, and a deep understanding of operational excellence within financial services or fintech environments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the customer success and client relations functions across the firm Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement Oversee onboarding processes for high-net-worth and institutional clients Coordinate with internal departments including operations, compliance, trading support, and administration to ensure a seamless client experience Establish and maintain service standards and communication protocols Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality Support the development of client education initiatives related to digital assets and investment platforms Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client-related matters Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners Assist leadership with customer experience reporting and strategic planning Qualifications 8+ years of experience in customer success, client services, relationship management, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage high-value client relationships with professionalism and discretion Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Experience working in fast-paced and evolving environments Preferred Experience in financial services, asset management, fintech, or digital assets Familiarity with institutional or high-net-worth client servicing Understanding of compliance and operational procedures within regulated environments Experience leading cross-functional client success or account management teams Compensation & Benefits Base Salary The base salary can be negotiated based on the applicant's current earnings, aiming for an outcome that is mutually satisfactory.
