Vice President of Customer Success About the Company Innovative provider of safety-focused AI technology for healthcare applications Industry Hospitals and Health Care Type Privately Held, VC-backed Founded 2023 Employees 51-200 Funding $101-$200 million About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to spearhead the development and leadership of high-performing teams dedicated to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and implementing robust systems and processes for team recruitment, onboarding, and operational performance. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that customers derive maximum value from the company's solutions, fostering deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. The VP of Customer Success will also be instrumental in shaping the overall customer experience strategy and will be expected to have a strong background in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Applicants for the VP of Customer Success position at the company must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in leadership. A proven track record in driving customer success within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology is essential, as is a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including its systems, regulations, and challenges. The role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience in scaling customer success teams within a high-growth startup environment. While not mandatory, an MBA or advanced degree, experience in thought leadership, and familiarity with AI-based solutions in healthcare are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem resolution, and have a deep understanding of workflows within health systems to effectively align solutions with customer processes.
