Vice President of Customer Success (Grocery Technology / POS) About the Company Rapidly growing retail technology company Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale a team dedicated to driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth within its grocery retail client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success managers and leaders, establishing scalable processes, and implementing operational structures to maximize client satisfaction. This executive role requires a hands-on approach to resolving client issues, applying industry knowledge to guide strategy, and partnering with cross-functional teams on adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience, with a proven track record of managing teams of 20 or more. Experience in the grocery or POS industry is essential, as is a strong background in Salesforce. The role demands a leader with the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team, drive product adoption, and reduce churn across the customer portfolio. The VP will be expected to bring best practices in recurring revenue to the post-sale strategy, build segmentation strategies for targeted interventions, and identify expansion opportunities through advocacy and upsell strategies.
