The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the daily operations of various digital platforms, including online and mobile banking, account opening systems, and authentication tools. A key focus of the role is to drive digital adoption, operational efficiency, and innovation while ensuring that the member experience is at the forefront. This involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize digital workflows, reduce friction, and enhance service delivery. The VP will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, analyzing member journeys, and ensuring that digital platforms meet security, regulatory, and accessibility requirements. Applicants for the VP of Digital Services position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have 7-10 years' of leadership experience in digital banking, fintech, or digital services within a financial institution. The role requires a strong understanding of digital banking platforms, APIs, security requirements, and system integrations, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-vendor environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze data and operational insights to drive continuous improvement in digital experiences.
