The successful candidate will be a key executive responsible for scaling execution, building world-class teams, and operationalizing engineering to support product, platform, and enterprise goals. This role demands a strong operator and people leader with a proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments, particularly in scaling product and platform engineering organizations. The VP of Engineering will be instrumental in translating company strategy into scalable engineering plans, driving technical decision-making that supports AI and data initiatives, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term investments. Strategic leadership, organizational design, and people leadership are all critical aspects of the position, as is the ability to foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and inclusion. Candidates for the VP of Engineering role at the company should have at least 10 years of engineering leadership experience, with a focus on both 0→1 and scaling phases of product development. The role requires a leader who can manage and mentor engineering leaders, build diverse and empowered teams, and uphold a culture of high performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the VP will be expected to work closely with cross-functional and executive teams.
