The successful candidate will be a key executive, instrumental in defining and executing the engineering strategy, and will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering team that embodies the company's values and mission. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in engineering, particularly within high-growth tech environments, and a deep understanding of modern architectures and cloud-based platforms. The VP of Engineering will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable products, while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
