The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, technology, and business operations, particularly within a nonprofit environment. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, strategic thinking, and the execution of all finance, technology, and business operations priorities. The VP will be responsible for leading all accounting and financial reporting, overseeing the annual budget process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves supervising the finance, technology, and operations teams, and providing leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Candidates for the VP of Finance and Administration position at the company should be energetic, collaborative, and proactive, with a proven track record in financial and operational oversight. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
