The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cash flow planning and daily liquidity management to ensure the support of active residential projects. This includes building and maintaining banking relationships, negotiating credit facilities, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and working capital optimization. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with preparing accurate financial statements, presenting management reports, and driving the company's readiness for future transactions by enhancing financial controls and reporting quality. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have extensive finance leadership experience in construction, home improvement, or project-based environments.
