The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across various entities, both domestic and international, and must have a strong background in applicable accounting standards. This role also involves overseeing a range of financial functions, including audits, tax compliance, risk management, treasury, and cost accounting, while maintaining robust internal controls. The VP of Finance will be expected to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, and to drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and tools for enhanced scalability and efficiency. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree as a foundation. A minimum of 8 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 4 years in a manufacturing environment, is required.
