The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Chief Financial Officer, with a focus on financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and driving the company's financial strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management, particularly in the manufacturing industry. The VP, Finance will be responsible for evaluating growth opportunities, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring the company's financial activities align with its global operations. Collaboration with various financial leaders, both locally and internationally, is essential. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have 15-20 years' of experience in accounting and finance, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A CPA or MBA is preferred, and M&A experience is a plus. The role demands a professional with a proven track record as a change agent, strong business acumen, and the ability to provide strategic financial leadership. The VP, Finance will also be involved in process evaluation and management, and must have a global orientation with experience in international project management.
