The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing all financial operations, including but not limited to, draw schedules, loan requisitions, and funding coordination with various stakeholders. This leadership position demands a professional with a strong background in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, particularly within the construction industry. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for capital allocations, ensuring the optimal deployment of financial resources, and providing strategic financial input to support the organization's decision-making processes. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record in the construction sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with financial software systems such as Yardi, Builder Trend, and QuickBooks, and possess excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
