Vice President of Finance Location: Onsite in Grand Rapids, MI Base Salary: 200,000-220,000 Our client is a growing, privately held, midsized global organization seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead and evolve their financial function. This role will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, overseeing all financial operations while building scalable processes to support continued growth, profitability, and international expansion. Vice President of Finance Position Overview The Vice President of Finance will have full ownership of the company's financial strategy, planning, and reporting activities. This individual will lead accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring strong governance, controls, and compliance across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership experience in a complex, global environment and thrives in a results-driven, operational setting. Key Responsibilities for Vice President of Finance Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, supporting long-term growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, and audits Build, lead, and scale a robust FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development Own the financial modeling process to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, pricing, and growth strategies Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, sourcing, and commercial teams to drive informed decision-making Manage internal and external financial stakeholders, including auditors, banking partners, tax advisors, and external service providers Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple b
