Vice President of Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis and Risk Management About the Company Respected construction firm Industry Construction Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to take the lead in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading FP&A, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role requires the development and maintenance of predictive cash flow models, oversight of enterprise-level risk management, and the establishment of scalable financial structures and controls. The VP of Finance will also be a key partner to executive leadership, translating financial data into insights that support growth, operational discipline, and sound decision-making. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a Bachelor's degree as a must-have and an MBA as a preferred qualification. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial environments, and experience in financial processes design.
