Role Description The Vice President of Finance is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and the strategic financial operations of the company. The VP of Finance will guide the development and implementation of financial strategies, manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and collaborate with other leaders to ensure compliance with financial regulations. This role will also involve supervising teams, conducting in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making, and providing insights to drive organizational growth and efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in Financial Planning and developing budgeting strategies. Strong skills in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements and reports. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Financial Reporting and compliance. Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance and complex data sets. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a strong plus).
