Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Global Operations. The VP will oversee and refine global operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, leading supply chain initiatives, executing strategic planning, and managing cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence. The role demands a visionary approach to advancing efficiencies on a global scale while maintaining quality and compliance. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Operations Management and a proven ability to streamline and oversee global operations. Expertise in Operational Excellence and Supply Chain Management to promote efficiency and sustainability. Strategic Planning skills to align operations with overarching business strategies. Proficiency in Project Management for managing cross-disciplinary teams and complex initiatives. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities in a senior management role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders globally. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Experience in global markets or real estate investment management would be an advantage.
