Role Description We are seeking a Vice President of Global Operations for a full-time, remote role. This individual will oversee the operational strategy, supply chain efficiency, and execution of key projects across our diverse healthcare service lines. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational frameworks, aligning processes with business goals, optimizing resources, and driving continuous performance improvements. The role will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence across all business units. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, with a strong focus on aligning organizational resources to achieve business objectives. Expertise in Operational Excellence, with a demonstrated ability to enhance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including inventory control and vendor network optimization. Proven Strategic Planning and Project Management skills to navigate complex, high-impact projects and execute organizational goals effectively. Exceptional leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage budgets and optimize costs effectively. Experience in healthcare or ancillary service management is highly desirable. Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, with significant experience in operational leadership roles.
