Position Title Vice President of Growth Analytics Position Summary The Vice President of Growth Analytics is responsible for leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives that support scalable growth, revenue optimization, and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging data, predictive insights, and performance intelligence to improve customer acquisition, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency. The position serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership by translating complex data into actionable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the organization’s growth analytics strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives Develop analytical models and frameworks to evaluate customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value Partner with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to optimize growth performance and resource allocation Establish and monitor KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, churn, and revenue growth metrics Lead forecasting, segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive analytics initiatives Oversee experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and growth optimization programs Build and maintain executive dashboards, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across analytics platforms and reporting environments Identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and emerging market trends through data analysis Build and lead a high-performing analytics and business intelligence team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in analytics, growth strategy, business intelligence, or data leadership roles Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and growth analytics methodologies Experience with BI platforms, data visualization tools, and enterprise analytics systems Proven ability to drive strategic decisions through data insights and performance analysis Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Core Competencies Growth Analytics and Intelligence Predictive Modeling and Forecasting Customer Lifecycle Optimization Business Intelligence and Reporting Data-Driven Strategy Executive Stakeholder Management Work Environment Corporate or hybrid executive work setting High collaboration with executive leadership, marketing, product, and revenue teams
