A company is looking for a VP of Human Potential Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for HR operations and service delivery Oversee HR technology, including Workday and ServiceNow, to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while partnering with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership responsibility 7 years of management experience in a multi-state, regulated environment Proven expertise with HRIS platforms and HR service delivery tools Experience in a unionized workforce environment
