The successful candidate will be the HR leader for the organization, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the business. This hands-on role requires a balance of strategic leadership and operational accountability, with a focus on supporting the Executive Leadership team and driving HR initiatives that support the company's current and future growth, including international expansion. Key responsibilities include leading HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, serving as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, and overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to leadership development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment regulations, managing HR-related reporting and policy development, and partnering with finance on HR budget management. Applicants for the VP of HR Manufacturing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 6-10 years' of progressive HR experience, including direct people leadership, is required, with a strong preference for candidates with multi-site HR experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional HR certification and a proven track record of supporting organizational change, growth, and operational execution. Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization are essential.
