Vice President of Innovation (Remote – United States) We are seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Innovation to lead the development and execution of company-wide innovation strategy. This executive role is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, driving transformation initiatives, and building scalable solutions across products, services, and operations. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the innovation strategy aligned with business goals Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and growth opportunities Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to execution Build and scale new products, services, and business models Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and transformation Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving Evaluate and pilot new tools, technologies, and partnerships Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in innovation, strategy, or product development Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex environments Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities Experience leading cross-functional and global teams Background in technology, business transformation, or product innovation preferred Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus What We Offer Fully remote role within the United States Executive-level compensation package High-impact leadership position with broad organizational influence Opportunity to shape long-term company growth and transformation
