The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the business across multiple regions, ensuring excellence in safety, project delivery, financial performance, and client engagement. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in large-scale self-perform construction operations, a deep understanding of industrial construction environments, and the ability to align regional operations under a unified national strategy. The VP will also be tasked with developing and implementing long-term growth strategies, building strong client relationships, and championing safety, quality, and operational excellence. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of construction or engineering experience in industrial or power markets, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management. The role requires a leader with strong business development experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a visionary leadership mindset, be adept at influencing stakeholders, and have experience with Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies.
