The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a major regional footprint. This senior executive role involves driving regional growth through strategic planning, client engagement, workforce development, and operational excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining full operational and financial accountability, leading strategic growth initiatives, and championing lean construction principles to improve productivity and project outcomes. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial construction, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership or operational role, and a proven track record of leading large self-perform construction teams. A deep understanding of project delivery methods, financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. The role requires a forward-thinking mindset, strong client orientation, and the ability to build long-term trusted partnerships. Experience in heavy industrial sectors and familiarity with union labor environments are preferred.
