Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Vice President of Operations. The role involves overseeing and streamlining daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing budgets and profit and loss (P&L) statements, developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, driving operational excellence through project management, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all touchpoints. Collaboration with various teams to expand operations and implement improvements will also be a core aspect of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and a proven track record of improving operational processes Experience in P&L Management with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions Strong Customer Service skills to deliver superior client and consumer experiences Expertise in Strategic Planning and Project Management to drive long-term organizational growth Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead teams effectively Familiarity with the food production or wine industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
