Vice President of Operations, Field Engineering Services About the Company Respected provider of top-notch services Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Operations for Field Engineering Services with a strong engineering background to lead and oversee a group of offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large territory of directors, who in turn lead field managers, with a focus on engineering, safety, and sales. Direct engineering experience, either as a leader or practitioner, is essential for this role. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with managing a significant P&L, and while an MBA is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. This role at the company is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the business units in the region. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst for change and will be rewarded for generating meaningful growth.
