Role Description The Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities across Klug Holdings’ diverse portfolio. The VP of Operations will lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and process optimization to drive the growth and efficiency of the organization. The position involves managing performance metrics, ensuring budget and P&L management, and collaborating with other executives to achieve company goals. Building and maintaining customer service excellence and overseeing multiple projects are integral to the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure effective oversight of business performance and financial objectives. Proven experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management to develop and execute initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals. Exceptional Customer Service experience to foster and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to effectively guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is preferred. Experience in industries such as FinTech, e-commerce, or real estate is highly advantageous. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision while driving results and accountability.
