We primarily provide financial planning, financing support, and operational optimization services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and institutional clients. The company is dedicated to enhancing our clients' overall capital efficiency and business sustainability through structured financial management and strategic operational planning, while continuously optimizing enterprise-level financial and operational systems. Due to business expansion needs, we are currently recruiting a senior-level Operations Planning executive to join our team. Location Germany / Austria / Switzerland (Hybrid Work) Job Type Full-time / Hybrid Work Responsibilities Responsible for the company's overall operational planning and the design of its strategic execution framework; Lead cross-departmental resource integration and long-term business operational optimization initiatives; Oversee and optimize the company's core operational processes and financial synergy mechanisms; Responsible for establishing and continuously improving the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework; Support the senior management team in strategic decision-making and business expansion planning; Drive the operational implementation and execution management of international business initiatives and cross-border projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred; At least 20 years of relevant work experience in corporate operations management or strategic planning; Proven senior management experience within large enterprises or multinational organizations; Familiarity with corporate financial structures, operational systems, and strategic planning methodologies; Exceptional cross-departmental coordination and leadership skills; Proficiency in English, with strong business and executive-level communication skills. Bonus Points Senior management experience within the international finance or consulting sectors; Familiarity with Digital CFO concepts or corporate financial transformation projects; Experience in managing operations for cross-border enterprises or across multiple regions; Experience in presenting strategic reports to Boards of Directors or senior executive teams.
