The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the operational P&L and execution strategy, with a primary focus on driving AUV and EBITDA growth. This role involves strategic scaling, including the integration of new acquisitions and the oversight of new restaurant openings. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with ensuring operational excellence, particularly in the adoption of tech-forward solutions, and maintaining financial stewardship through P&L mastery and a strong workforce strategy. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include leading the integration of newly acquired units, optimizing unit economics, and enforcing operational standards across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' multi-unit QSR leadership experience, with a proven track record in M&A integration and a deep understanding of the latest QSR technology. They should be a high-accountability, aggressive, and decisive leader, with a focus on system building rather than micromanagement. The role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between corporate strategy and frontline execution, and who is adept at driving both top-line sales and margin per ticket.
