Vice President of People and Culture About the Company Prominent consumer brand Industry Consumer Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, People & Culture to spearhead the people strategy and HR function. This senior leader will be the primary HR partner, collaborating with the executive team to influence talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness. The role is both strategic and operational, requiring a hands-on approach to coaching, talent work, and the day-to-day realities of a lean HR function. The ideal candidate will be a broad HR athlete, capable of shifting between strategic and tactical roles, and will have a proven track record in HR leadership, business partnership, and talent management. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, People & Culture include serving as the senior HR leader, providing counsel on a range of people-related business decisions, and leading talent management and leadership development. The role also involves active participation in talent acquisition, overseeing HR operations, and contributing to culture and engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in performance management, talent assessment, and leadership development. Experience in fast-paced environments is beneficial, and a preference is given to those with experience in ADP or similar HRIS platforms.
