The Vice President of Products will drive the strategic vision, development, and management of products. Responsibilities include formulating product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing the product lifecycle, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment between business goals and product initiatives. The role demands strategic leadership, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering impactful, market-driven solutions. Qualifications Expertise in Product Strategy and Product Development Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and product performance Proven experience in Product Management, including managing product lifecycles Outstanding Cross-functional Team Leadership, with the ability to coordinate across departments Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Experience in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
