Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Sales Assistant will support sales operations by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing schedules, monitoring sales activities, following up on leads, and maintaining organized records. The role also requires collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster client trust Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proficiency in sales techniques and a proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets Well-developed organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and documentation effectively Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus
