This strategic leader will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Regional Program Vice Presidents to ensure that all operations reflect excellence, accountability, and integrity. Key responsibilities include providing executive oversight to meet or exceed all standards, developing and evaluating policies and systems for quality assurance and risk management, and leading staff in fostering a culture of innovation and learning. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, and will be responsible for the professional development of a large team. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Quality and Compliance position at the company is a mission-driven and experienced leader with a proven track record in driving organizational excellence. They must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' leadership experience, including at least 5 years in quality and compliance management. The role requires a strong understanding of process improvement, data analysis, and technology-based tools, as well as exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. The candidate should be adept at navigating regulations, inspiring a culture of accountability and innovation, and be prepared to travel as needed.
