Vice President of Retail About the Company Prominent credit union Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Retail to lead its branch network and contribute to the organization's future direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for all retail branch operations across multiple locations, ensuring the consistent execution of service standards, sales performance, and operational efficiency. This role involves the development and implementation of strategic objectives, business plans, and budgets for the retail division, as well as coaching and holding accountable a team of branch managers and directors. The SVP will also be tasked with driving a strong sales culture, maintaining compliance with federal regulations and internal policies, and overseeing staffing and workforce planning. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in a multi-branch credit union or banking environment, with a proven track record of managing managers and leading high-performing retail teams. A strong background in sales management, familiarity with federal regulatory requirements, and excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and a demonstrated capacity to recruit, develop, and retain talent. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
