Role : Vice President of Sales Location : Remote - preference for East Coast or Midwest; must be within the Continental US Competitive Compensation We are partnering with a leading SaaS company in the PR, communications, and media intelligence space to identify a Vice President of Sales. This is an opportunity to join an established, profitable business with strong product-market fit and a recognized brand that is entering its next phase of growth. The company is expanding from a successful core software offering into a broader enterprise platform with higher-value analytics and strategic services. Role Overview: The VP of Sales will own the full new logo sales organization across SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic segments. Reporting to the CRO, this leader will manage a team of sales leaders and be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing deal sizes, and building a more disciplined and predictable sales engine. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys both operating and building - someone who can optimize an already successful sales organization while elevating its enterprise sales motion. Key Responsibilities: Own new business revenue performance across all sales segments. Lead and develop a multi-layered sales organization. Drive accountability through forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection. Increase ACVs, improve win rates, and accelerate enterprise growth. Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen go-to-market execution. Raise performance standards and develop leaders across the organization. Ideal Background: 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience. Proven manager-of-managers experience leading segmented sales teams. Track record scaling enterprise sales motions and closing larger, strategic deals. Strong operational rigor in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance inspection. Experience in PR/comms tech, media intelligence, martech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS markets. Hands-on leadership style and comfort operating in a lean environment.
