The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a revenue growth strategy that aligns with the company's business goals, managing direct and channel sales efforts, and working closely with the executive team to set and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, including experience in new logo acquisition, channel business development, and account management. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in co-owning the vision and strategy for new logo acquisition success, as well as in the development and implementation of value-selling frameworks. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in a sales/revenue function, with at least 5 years in a B2B SaaS environment. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in scaling sales teams and a demonstrable ability to drive significant revenue growth. Experience in value-based selling methodologies, particularly in the context of the full buyer's journey, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to C-suite economic buyers in enterprise accounts, be adept at using Salesforce and sales outreach tools, and possess excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
